The staff was friendly and not overbearing, the rooms were calm and well-lit with antique furniture, a double bed, and a TV. Rewritten: the staff here are friendly without being pushy, the rooms are peaceful and well-lit with vintage furniture, a comfortable bed, and a TV in place.

The hotel is very handy being very close the the motorway junction.

Tipical chain-hotel: standarized services. Nothing was bad.

The drowbacks of chainhotels: cold ambient. I already expected that. Anyway, for a night, is nothing wrong.

The location was magnificent, close to the walk Sculpture. You could walk to different shops and a bakery. - It was easy to find a bus stop, right in front of the hotel.

Air con didn't work, room was very warm. Shower head was broken. lobby was being rebuilt and hotel was noisy til 6pm. This was reflected in the budget price I had for the room, I guess.

Appreciated its superbly friendly and amazingly kind staff.

Convenient spot right next to a unique upside-down tram that takes you into the city 🚋 Close to a Schwebebahn station and highway exit. Situated by Kalktrichterofen, making it easy to explore the area.

Great and ideal location near the upside-down tramway to the city in a nice area. Reasonably spacious and airy room with a sofa bed, central heating, and an electronic key card. - Very comfy bed.

Marvellous and unbeatable setting, I didn't want to say goodbye.

truly enjoyed the place, had a great stay for the price. the pool was covered, the staff was pleasant and really kind. there was a pleasant restaurant with hot meals.

the best thing about the Novotel Wuppertal was its location overall we had a very good 7 days at the hotel.and we definatley will book again. nice hotel, nice position, easy parking, and also central to good shopping and restaurants etc

.In a bussiness hotel of that size internet access should be free and available 24/7 The entrance, lobby seating, restaurant being refurbished it was not very user friendly,at the moment

Everything was simply good. Stayed here for 3 nights with my family members, had a good stay. The staff was very attentive, gave advice about the city. The food was savoury, drinks were complimentary.

The position of the bed was not central and therefore difficult to reach from one side which was too close to the wall.

Had a great time in our stylish room depicted in the photos. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. - the breakfast selection was impressive, with various hot options available. - the restaurant was also good. - the location in a pleasant area was excellent. - the service was welcoming, and the check-in process was quick.
